Social media can be a great asset to expand your brand, meet people from around the world or simply get inspiration to get your butt to the gym. While it can be used in a lot of positive ways if we’re not careful we end up wasting valuable time scrolling through pictures, and other times comparing ourselves to other people’s bodies and material possessions. (Comparison is the biggest stealer of joy, don’t do it!) Therefore, I am especially careful of who I follow on social media and make sure that they impact me in a positive way. In this post you’ll find my top ten favorite Instagram profiles (in no particular order) that on a daily provide great quality content, enjoy!
This page is probably the most informative page out there at the moment, fitness_iq focuses on educating the masses on proper techniques to use at the gym to avoid injury and make your workout more efficient in working out your desired muscles. Follow for knowledge and proper form!
Not only does @jillchristinefit slay her outfits but her workouts as well!
@fashnfitlife posts her daily workouts at planet fitness. I find her page motivating not only for her awesome posts, but because in my perspective she’s spreading the message that it doesn’t matter where you’re at (gym, environment, physique, etc) you can still get an awesome workout in if you put the effort in!
@alexia_clark is referred to as the Queen of Workouts, and for good reason. Her workouts are super creative, intense, and delivered to your instagram feed on a consistent daily basis.
Personally, I’ve been following massy.arias for a while now and she is an absolute beast. She is super inspiring, gives you confidence to challenge yourself, but more importantly does everything with integrity. Follow her for inspiration!
@hardcoreainsley is funny, interactive, and educational. I love when she posts Life Hacks on her Instagram posts, or her amazing recipes. You can follow her for life hacks, cool workouts, or education!
@dr.jacob.harden YES DR.! will fill your feed with instructional videos and posts on how to fix your bodies imbalances, aching pains, and much more! As I’ve said before “its not what you don’t know that hurts you, its what you think you know that ain’t true” and just when you thought you were “fine” his page will prove you otherwise. Not in a negative way, he reinforces the positive message of us “not being broken” and that with each passing day we’re getting better! Therefore, we must make the effort on a daily basis to better ourselves physically, spiritually and mentality and his page helps us do that. Follow to future proof your body!
@linnlowes is the epitome of a strong woman! She has been kind enough to share with her followers her story of surviving cancer, not only is she inspirational but also a beast in her workouts. You can tell her love and passion for fitness, and doesn’t do it for any other reason but that! Do you really need more reasons to follow her?!
